Refund & Returns

At Waxsee, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and your entire online shopping experience with us. Therefore, customer satisfaction is an integral part of our commitment to you, and this is reflected in our Returns Policy.


When you shop at you have the peace of mind knowing that all our customers have a 90 Day Warranty. This warranty only covers products that have been received defective or damaged. The product may be returned for a replacement. To qualify for the warranty claim, we require that you send us a video that would support the issue being reported. Once received, we will gladly process your  replacement.

Cancelling an Order

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 30 days for a refund less the cost to us of shipping the goods to you initially (if we supply free shipping) and the payment processing fee associated with your payment received by us.

Please email us if you would like to set up a return with us.

      • Make sure you include your name and email used in the order or the order number, so we can look up your order and process it.
      • If there was a mistake made on our end (wrong colour, etc…) or the product is malfunctioning, we will correct this at no extra cost to you.
      • For any other reason, you will be required to send the product back & cover the Shipping & Handling fees associated with that.
      • If your unit has been used, a restocking fee of 15% will apply.
      • Your item must be received in like new condition. Please ensure that the item you’re returning is in the original packaging with the original usb charging cable, Ear pick heads and documentation that were included when you received it, or no refund will be given.
      • Your item must be returned within the first 30 days from the date of your purchase.
      • Once we receive the package, please allow up to 4 business days for us to process the return & issue you a refund.
      • We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.


        • The item authorised for return must be in its original, undamaged packaging and received in like new condition
        • A Return Authorisation is required and can be obtained by emailing us when we will supply our return address.
        • All documents and accessories shipped with the item ordered must be included in the package
        • You are responsible for the cost of shipping the return back to us
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
  • If you’ve received the refund notification from us, please note that your bank can take up to 4 days to processes the refund on your end.
  • If after that time, you still have not seen the refund, please contact us again and we can double check on our end for you.

Cancellations/Changes To Order

  • If you would like to cancel or make a change to your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped.
  • We suggest that this occurs before 12 noon GMT, Monday thru Friday, as our orders are usually sent to processing immediately
  • If the item you want to cancel or change has been processed or shipped, the order cannot be cancelled or changed.
  • However, you can return the item for a refund once it has arrived.
