Warnings to Note!
- Please keep out of direct reach of children. When used to remove a childs earwax, the Waxsee Pro MUST be maneuvered by an adult.
- Do not use the Waxsee Pro on a child under the age of 3.
- Please consult your doctor before using if you have an ear infection.
- Be very attentive when using your waxsee pro to avoid unintended slippage, and make sure that you do not position yourself where another person can knock into you while operating.
DO NOT ATTEMPT to touch your ear drum with the Waxsee Pro.
Where do you ship the Waxsee Pro from?
We ship from our offices in ABEC, Kilbride INdustrial Estate, Arklow, Co. Wicklow, Ireland for all Irish orders. We also partner with warehouses around the globe to fulfil orders in other countries.
Can the Waxsee Pro be used elsewhere?
Absolutley, you can use it anywhere and everywhere you can imagine!
Like hard to see areas that are obstructed from view like in the sink plughole or any obscure, hard to see areas.
Also ideal to inspect inside your nose and mouth and on your pets.
Is the Waxsee Pro safe for children?
Yes, the waxsee pro is safe to use on children 3 or over, as long as it is operated and maneuvered by a responsible adult. Do not use on children under 3 years of age.
How do I use the Waxsee Pro?
Before using the Waxsee Pro we advise reading the attached instructions supplied with your purchase. Don’t worry if you have thrown it out, simply read on!
- Connect the Waxsee App by scanning the QR Code on the manual for Android or Apple
- Turn on your Waxsee Pro.
- Open your phone settings wifi function.
- Connect to “softish-xxx”
- Open the App and click on Start.

How long is the battery life?
The battery size is 230mAh and the battery life on a single charge is approx 70mins of continuous use. It is chargeable using the Type C charging cable provided or by using any Type C USB cable.
